There are also Institute like Government Law College Mumbai where total fee of 5 year LLB would be Rs. 6270/-. But for taking admission there, As you are from Kerla you need to be among top 20 in Outside Maharashtra Candidate Merit List of MH CET Law. I hope it helps.
