There are open schools available which provide 12th degree and you will be certified under them. They are totally legal. They are affiliated to some recognised board and hence you will not face any problem regarding this in any entrance exam. You need to search for such schools in your mearby area and contact the administrator for the conduction of exam rules and lab assignments.
