You haven't mentioned the entrance examination you are talking about. Neverthless, ideally if you belong to OBC and sub Category as SEBC, please select OBC as your Category in the Application form. If it asks for Sub Category, if there is an option of SEBC, please select SEBC. Or if under Category list, if there is an option of SEBC, please select that option.
