when i clear 10 class in 2016 and 12th class clear in 2019 , i am applicable for jee advance

You got less marks in 12th board . Then no need to take admission again in any college and school .
You should give the board improvement exam .
For that board release the improvement exam form then you have to fill the form correctly .
And you should prepare for that .
