In 12th class I have supplementary in accounts if I clear my exam can I get admission in this college?

You have mentioned that you have got supplementary in accounts subject. It's okay.
First, you have to clear your account supplementary exam by again appearing for the supplementary exam which most probably held after 2 - 3 weeks of completion of board exams.
You can talk to your school's exam department staff about it. They will tell about the further details about what to do for supplementary exams.
But you have to get prepared for the exam within 2 - 3 weeks.
