I am from TS, going to take NEET 2018. Can I apply for All India Quota also?

You can apply for all India quota but you have submit a affidavit to the CBSE in NEET form for all India quota

Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir are eligible for 15% All India Quota seats but only after they opt out their state quota seats. The details related to 15% All India Quota seats for candidates belonging to AP, Telangana and J & K is given below. 1. Students from the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J & K are not eligible for 15% all India quota seats as these States had opted out of All India Scheme since its inception. No, you can't apply for AIQ. You will be eligible for your state level seats and for private seats.

No, you cannot apply under AIQ as states like TS, AP and J & K are not eligible for 15% seats counseling as you can only get seat in your state under 100% quota.

After clearing NEET Entrance exam you will be eligible for 100% seats of your state As Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir do not participate in central pool of All India Quota seats, colleges from these states will not be participating in admission under All India Quota seats. In other words you can not participate for 15% quota seats.
