    I am going to give AHSEC improvement exam on 2020.what will be the difference between my first and second certificate by AHSEC.

    There will not be any big difference as such the improvement exam certificate will show your new marks whereas your earlier certificate would show your old marks. And also the year of both the certificates will be different.
