I am non maharashtrian student so is there any hope for me to apply for MHTCET ? What will be the cutoff's and other details for non maharashtrian students?

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your details, definitely there is a lot of hope even for non maharastrian student to apply in mhtcet. You can apply through aiq instead of state quota as you don't have Domicile of Maharashtra.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
