I didn't took maths in plus 2 , I wanted to join in food tech in kerela .. maths is complusory so . Can i study and write maths after +2

Yes, you can study maths as subject in class 12th and get a certificate.This can be done by registering yourself in the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) which is a recognised board and their certificate is accepted in any university or college which offers Secondary and Sr. Secondary course (class 12th).You may visit their official website and see the information.You have to fulfill the eligibility criteria. You can opt for on demand exam and can study only one subject and give exam.

For doing any engineering course you need to study Phyiscs,chemistry ,maths compusorily in class 12th.
So If want to purse BTech in food technology then you need have maths in class 12th .
There is no other option as per my knowledge.
But in some private colleges they might take you and give you admission so kindly check those colleges.
