Since you have not taken maths subject in your class 12 and you have completed your class 12th So there is no alternate way to give maths exam again because the registration which is done in every year for a fresh batch of 12th students is unique
Since you have completed your 12th so you cannot do your 12th class again from the same board it would be possible if you had any compartment aur anything else then you could do your class 12 again but as you have already completed your class 12th
But if you really want it a maths subject in your class 12th then you have to do class 12th from any other board like a new student for that you have to select your subjects in the initial stage of your class 12 in a new board after the successful registration you can have a maths subject in your class 12 so so you can give maths exam in your class 12th from a different board
Like if you have completed your 12th from CBSE you can go with UP board or any other board nd can do for class 12th again with maths as main subject
