It's based in your passion and if you've take any state exam you can get into any government college but if you're interested in doing btech in IIT's /NIT's then you need to wait for 1 year because there's 75% you need to get in 10+2. And for bsc you can opt any College now also.

You can apply in Btech entrance next year like the national level exam of JEE MAINS or in private colleges for Bsc.
There shall be an entrance exam for selection. Any specific college you want to ask for?
