No. As according to the official notification released by cbse, the minimum qualifying criteria of neet ug is, 50 percentile for general category candidates and 40 percentile for reserved category candidates..
Only when you have qualifying marks, you will be able to have a seat..

Sorry dear.
This score is too poor to get a medical college. Because qualifying marks of NEET is 50th percentile for general category and 40th percentile for reserved categories.
