I gived 12th board exam in 2019 with bihar board and got 68.2 %, which is not in top 20 percentile, and now for eligibility for nits (2020 JEE) can i give improvement with on demand examination of nios?

if you are going to give improvement examination by NIOS then you should remember that then your NIOS marksheet will be considered for your JEE examination it doesn't matter how much marks you scored in your previous examination which was not in top 20 percentile if you score marks in top 20 percentile in the present NIOS examination then definitely you will be eligible for giving JEE examination.
