It'll be difficult for you to get admission into private. Do attend the counselling

There are no chances for government colleges. But if you belong to reserved category then there is a very little chance for private colleges.

Based on your score, you have less chances under 85% and 15% quota.
I will suggest you to try again next year and prepare for NEET entrance again this year.
