I got 260000 rank in common rank list .I belong to Obc category and completed my 12 From CG.Will I get seat in Raipur Nit?

With a rank of 260000 there is no possibility to get even lower tier NIT and IIIT colleges. You can try writing different entrance exams for colleges to secure a good seat. You can also write other state run competitive exams and secure good marks to get a seat in the top tier engineering colleges.

Igot 9223 category rank i belong to st categorised can i get seat in any nit iiit gfts

Yes with 9223 you can get into core branches in top NIT. But to get CSE you need to be within 6000-8000 rank. Since you had not mentioned category I assumed you were from general category.
