I got rank 142426 and have 92% in 12th board what are my chances of a desired branch in NIT

As you have secured 142426 common list rank in jee main. If you are lying under general and OBC -ncl category then you will not get any seat in NIT.

If you are a reserved category student, you might have a chance at some lower tier NITs like Hamirpur, Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Agartala etc and only courses like Biotechnology, Chemical engineering,Metallurgical Engineering etc.

Since your CRL rank in JEE mains 2019 is 1,42,426, With this CRL rank you are not going to get any NIT's with this rank.
