Hi Sivam,
I am here to share my view on your question. I think it's better to wait till your revaluation marks get release. if you don't have that much time for admission in St. Xavier's then you have to fill the old marks as you don't have any other choice. If marks get increase then there is no problem but see whether you get a seat for old marks or not.
