Hello! I have made a mistake while submitting my application form for pgat. I mistakenly wrote my fathers name in place of my mothers name. What should I do?? Will this be a reason of my application rejection?

You haven't specified name of the examination for which you will be appearing, so it's difficult to provide you an accurate and well-defined answer. Anyway, in most of the cases like this, there's helpline assigned to students, you can reach the authority through this. You can mail them your concern and get an answer regarding this. Or, else if your exam has form correction facility, then you can do that as well.
