I have finished hsc textbook of maths. So if I practice from target publication, will I get 90+ according to new pattern? Is it sufficient

It is good but preference should be your NCERT material at first. Then you can refer to other external sources and aim at 90 plus scores.
But mht cet 2018 will be based on state board syllabus not ncert???
