Is ncert sufficient to get 90% marks in +2 board
NCERT Books are helpful to clear the basic fundamentals & to get a good score in boards & further competetive exams as well. You can also prefer the book for Mathematics- RD Sharma and Physics- SL Arora. Go through with the previous year papers & do practise as much you can As if your doubt is clear then you can easily score good marks.

Yes, NCERT is a good book. Well, first you need to prepare from the ncert book. For business and english you can prefer the ncert books but, for the economics and accountancy you need to solve other books also for the practice. And also solve the the sample papers.

NCERTs are the best books to clear your basic concepts. You can definitely score well by studying from NCERT textbooks. The most important thing is your preparation. If you have a strong hold on basic concepts then you can score 90% marks. Also, you will be able to solve difficult questions also.
You should read the chapters and solve every question. Also, solve every example of NCERT books.
