I have got 80% in 2nd PUC but did not attend neet exam so can I get MBBS seat in any college & if yes what would be fee structure??

In order to get admission in Medical colleges, You should have a valid NEET Exam score. If you wish to take admission in Medical college then you can appear NEET 2020 Exam.

I am extremely sorry to tell you that if you didn't appear in neet then you cannot get a seat in medical colleges, neither in government medical college nor in private medical colleges as clearing neet has been mandatory even for private medical colleges.
Thus you are not eligible for mbbs.
