I have passed in 2019 but i have a backlog. So what is to be choose for the question "have you graduated in the above degree", and which certificates are needed ?

Hello,
As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above abour youe backlog, it needs to be cleared definitely. As without clearing them, you won't get your degree completion certificate without which you you can't take admission for any other further course in any collegr after which you can apply for admission.
Certificate needed will be mentioned in their application form which you need to upload for verification
