I have passed10th in odisha in 2018 & this year 2020 appearing 12th in odisha. Also appearing in JEE Main jan2020,which state quota for me?

The state code of eligibility that is home state apply from the state from which you are giving class 12 exam. Since you are appearing for 12 th from orissa, so you state of eligibility is orissa. It does not depend upon you home or state where you were born.

As you have completed 10th standard in Odisha and also the intermediate in Odisha it's good .

And your parents are from Uttar Pradesh as you said . So your state quota comes under Uttar Pradesh if you have proper residence proof.
