Yes, you are fully eligible to give JEE Main examination this year. However, for admissions into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, you will have to score 75% in 12th standard (General category). For SC/ST category, the admission cutoff criteria is 65% marks. Therefore, if you belong to SC/ST category, you will be eligible for NIT, IIITs and GFTI admissions too.
You will also be eligible for NIT, IIIT and GFTI admissions if you fall under the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board.
