You can consult the regarding Admission in BAMS in Bangalore:

No you can give the neet exam there is no such rule that you can't appear for neet if u have taken admission elsewhere . Just if u want to take admission on the results of ur upcoming neet exam results you have to cancel ur admission of present college and then u can get admission to next college and cancelling previous one means filling of whole course fees. So think properly while doing so.
Dear Devyani, please do not panic thinking about your ineligibility for medical courses due to your BAMS admission. Relax, think with a clear mind and consider the options I am hereby presenting before you. Ok so firstly, going by your question, I am assuming you are a domicile of Maharashtra, as only the Maharashtra prospectus clearly has a rule stating that any candidate who has been allotted a seat in any course under MUHS Nashik (the affiliating body for medical colleges in Maharashtra) in previous years and who vacates/abandons it after availing the said seat will not be eligible for admission for the next two years under state quota. One major point you should note here is that from 2018 onwards, private/state-level examinations will no longer be conducted to fill seats in any of the AYUSH colleges, and all admissions to BAMS courses will be through NEET only. This means that the NEET seat quota rules will also become uniformly applicable for BAMS courses, allowing you to appear for 15% All India Quota seats in Government Ayurveda colleges across the country. Therefore, through NEET 2018, you will definitely eligible to apply for Ayurveda colleges in other states if not in Maharashtra. Also, private Ayurveda colleges in many states will also take outside candidates so that is another option as well. Now if you do not wish to take admissions in a BAMS course, but vacate your current BAMS seat to join a MBBS/BDS course, the same NEET rules apply. While you may be ineligible for Maharashtra, clearing NEET 2018 will definitely make you eligible for 15% All India MBBS/BDS seats, all MBBS/BDS seats offered by Deemed and Central Universities and MBBS/BDS seats in private colleges of many states. Now a major good news for you in this regard is that barely a month ago (October 2017), a candidate from Maharashtra faced the same predicament as you was granted relief by the Bombay High Court. The candidate had taken admission to the BAMS course in Government Ayurveda College Nanded through MHCET but later cleared NEET and wanted to take admission to a MBBS course which was denied to her by this two year rule. The Bombay HC ruled in her favour and said that not considering the candidate for admission on the basis of one clause in the brochure had created an unreasonable restriction on her fundamental right to opportunity. GAC Nanded then cancelled her admission and returned her documents. She was also made eligible to apply for MBBS admissions. You should note that NEET has only been recently introduced and a lot of rule changes are still taking place. If the Maharashtra Government does not use this case as a precedent to change the two year rule, you can always take the legal route for admissions given that another candidate successfully did so. I am sure you will be able to find a suitable solution and take admission to the preferred course and college of your choice in the future through NEET 2018. Let me know if you want more clarity. All the best!
