I think you have misunderstood something. What you mean with qualifying is that you are eligible for writing JEE Advanced. You can register for JEE Advanced through their website. (I think you've done that). So, after JEE Advanced rank list is published, you have to fill in your choices of course an college for admission through JoSAA website. After that, there will be allotments, and you may get a seat allotted. All these processes are done online. If you get a seat., you have to go to a reporting centre - NIT in case of JEE Main admission or IIT in case case JEE Adv.- You can get the lisat in JoSAA website during that time.
You don't need to go anywhere now.

The counselling would be online. Next,after allotment of college online you need to report to nearest reporting center mentioned on the josaa counselling page to conform your seat--freeze float or slide. Usually counsellong would start in month of june after JEE ADVANCE RESULTS are declared.
