I scored only 70.80% in my class 12 boards , can I get admission in any government college of Delhi and Jaipur?

At first, the admission criteria depends on the course you choose. With 70.80%, you can get admission in less preferred courses like BA (Hindi) hons. You can also the official sites of universities for cutoff percentage of your preferred course.

Please specify your course in which you're seeking admission. The admission procedure is different for every course in every college. Like if you want admission in btech you need to qualify mains to get government colleges and if you want admission in courses like bcom ba bsc then you need to qualify the merit list of DU. Please elaborate your question.
