I want to prepare for the banking exams but i got 42% in my graduation from Tilka manjhi Bhagalpur university? Am i eligible for it? if yes then, please recommend me some books for preparation!

Hello,
Except RBI, most of the banking exams just ask for a graduation degree. While RBI emphasizes on having 60% aggregate for academic records.
You may consider going through the following books-
For Quants- Quicker Maths by M Tyra, there's one book by Arihant Publications as well named Fast Track Arithmetic, for higher level there's book by Sarvesh Sharma named Quantum Cat, in the similar section is also a book by Arun Sharma.
For English- General English by SP Bakshi
Plinth to Paramount
You can also refer Wren and Martin, that's the best book for grammar. Word Power Made Easy for Vocab.
For Reasoning- RS Agarwal Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning
Analytical Reasoning by MK Pandey
