If anyone got a seat through CSAB from Jee main score,then that seat will be reserved to that candidate till reporting on the Institute ?

If i am not misinterpreting your question then you mean to ask after online form filling and institute allocation whether or not seat is fixed or not, then yes after you are allocated a certain institute , your seat will be locked only if you report to the institute with required documents on the specified date, it works in the following manner:

• Online application form filling
• Verification of domicile and category certificates by state centres, finalization of registration
• Filling of choices
• Seat allotment for Round 1
• Reporting for round 1 of seat allotment
• same procedure seat allocation and reporting for other round
