If I am a private candidate then what should I write as year of first attempt?which 12th certificate do I upload?

You should write the previous year as your first attempt of the exam and coming to the marksheet part you will have to upload both the previous year and current year marksheet, because your best 1 out of 2 marks from both marksheets are considered.
