See the cutoff is not for NIT admission. It is for JEE Advanced qualifying. Besides JEE Main rank is used for NIT admissions and not marks. The closing rank for 2017 stops at 31000 plus for OBC HS quota so 60 marks you stand less chances of getting this rank.
