im completed 12th std . what are the subjects needed for cut off in government lawcollege .im in BC community . i need a college in tamilnadu .how to calculate the cutoff marks?
Hello Surya,
Admissions into the colleges of Tamil Nadu law college are based on your HSC marks.
There are a quite good and quality law colleges in Tamil Nadu. Application are being invited only based on marks scored in your 12th exam.
For example if you belong to Bio-Maths group, Cut-off is calculated based on all the subject like English, Language paper, Physics, chemistry, Mathematics, Biology. The same applies for all the other groups too.
Calculation of cut-off
Purely based in your total marks. Convert your total to a percentage of 100 and that would be your cut-off
Formula : (Your total obtained mark / Total aggregate sum of marks) * 100
For example.: If you have scored 1047/1200 (if from state board of Tamilnadu), then your cut off would be:
(1047/1200)*100= 87.25
Hope you have got cleared. All the best
