    Hello,

    As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above the criteria of exam preference selection, you have to choose 4 places as  per your preference of exam point. If the selected centres are filled up within your state, then only you will be giving exams in other center in other state as per your filled up exam center preference given by you.
