The application form correction window will start from 14th Jan 2019 till 31st Jan 2019. Between this period, the candidates appearing in the exam can make corrections wherever required except few details. So, you can make any changes and make sure the information should be same in all your provided documents/proofs. Also, go through the form as many times possible, before submitting it. I will suggest you to clear with the authorities. Although it wont matter much right now and can be corrected during the counselling using an affidavit.
Also the name which appears in Admit Card is generally considered correct and you will have to fill the same name in the OMR sheet. Dont make any mistake in that.
