No that is not possible you should give Jee main exam in that year only in which you want admission.

Sorry bt JEE 2017 score cannot be used for present admissions as every year the competition level increases and thus the number of students. The rank you scored last year would be held by some other student this year so if anyone uses their previous year score it would create a complete confusion. Hence every year examination is held for admission into different NIT's.
