Is there any possibility to reduce the 12th cut off to join NIT this year

There is some cuttoff for 12 th marks for getting admission into nit and iit.
Every year at maximum it will reamin same.
There is minimum percentage of 75% in 12th
You must secure atleast 75 % aggregate in your board then only you will be qualified get jee main rank card.
In my point of view that cuttoff will not change.
And sorry to say that those who expect the seat in nit will get that mark easily .
So finally i want to say that it will nit change at maximum
