Is there will be 2 times Neet examination in one year

yes!The news has just came in.JEE and NEET can now be written twice a year.This change is brought by National Testing Agency which was newly formed by All India Entrance Exams.

NEET is a national exam, which is conducted once in a year.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting NEET 2018 tentatively in the first week of May 2018. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 is conducted annually to provide admissions to eligible candidates into the medical and dental institutes across the nation. Registrations for NEET 2018 will commence tentatively from the last week of January 2018 in online mode. All interested candidates will have to fill and submit the application form tentatively by the first week of March 2018. NEET 2018 admit card will be available for registered candidates tentatively from the third week of April 2018. The conducting authorities will be accepting applications from only eligible candidates. NEET 2018 will be held in offline mode and the candidates will be required to qualify the examination to participate in the counselling session. The common counsellingconducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will allot eligible candidates into the 15% All India Quota seats. For admissions into the remaining 85% State Quota seats, the respective states will conduct their own common counselling. In the previous year,NEETreceived 11,38,890 registrations for admissions into 90,000 MBBS and BDS seats.

Hope you are doing good.

NEET is conducted only once in a year in the first week of May.

As of now it has been conducted only once except in 2015 when it was repeated.

Otherwise it's only conducted once in a year.

You have the chance to appear for it only once in a year.

So it's better to prepare the best for it because there is no other chance in the same year until and unless there is some malfunctioning.

According to some news papers there will be a new body ( NTS-National Testing Service ) which in the process of formation for now which will be handed over the entire responsibility of conducting all common entrance exams like JEE, NEET , NET, CTET etc.

This process is still pending and requires approval, but according to the ongoing activities seems like CBSE will shift over the responsibility to NTS from next year. And if it happens, NTA is planning to conduct exam twice a year for giving ample opportunities to aspirants.

NTS will then become the largest test conducting body all over India.

As of 2018 NEET will happen only once and completely offline ..in a few years when NEET is conducted online similar to JEE would occur on two days ( one day-to-day offline and one day - online ) with different question papers ..NEET might occur twice only during any malfunctions like during 2015

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi cleared a proposal for creation of a National Testing Agency (NTA), to conduct entrance tests which are at present being conducted by the CBSE.
But it still not given the power. It is a work in progress, to be precise.
So for 2018, the course of conduction of neet would be the same as that in 2017
But it still is in proposal that if and when the power is given to NTA, it will conduct neet twice a year for providing better opportunities to students. So there isn't official statement yet,  other then the fact that there will only be a single neet conducted this year.
