It is very difficult for you to get seats in good government engineering colleges as your rank is far beyond.
Apply in some private engineering colleges like SRM, VIT, KIIT, etc.

Then you should prepare for it with full dedication.
You should also apply for SRM and VIT separately.
Few of my friends are in SRM as well as VIT.
The fee is around 23 lakhs for the whole four year.
