My marks is 430. Would i get selection in karnataka college. On payment seat

UR- 686-469
SC- 469-353
ST- 467-304
OBC- 469-466
kindly comapre your score according to your category to see if you are elgible for a govt seat. 430 score is a good score to get into a medical college unless You are from gen category.
taking about admisison in management qouta (payment seat), yes u have a good chance to have payment seat.
