My percent is 59 so I will get admission or not?

Admission into colleges based on Class 12 Boards results is equally tough as getting admission via entrance tests. Colleges release their own cut-off list for various courses. Usually the cut-off goes really high and with large number of applicants, the seats get filled fast. Yet, there are many colleges who have low cut-offs. Yes, you might not find them having a good ranking amongst other colleges, but the ranks are comparative. A low rank doesn't mean that the college is totally unreliable. Every educational institution is befitting for a student, irrespective of its rank.

There are also many private institutions (and good ones) where you can get admission with a 59%.

Also, yor score fulfills the eligibilty criteria for many entrance tests. So you can sit for them too.
