Sorry, you are not eligible for any colleges that accepts JEE MAINS result as you have scored only 59% in 12th. To be eligible for colleges that accepts JEE MAINS you must have atleast 75% or above for general category and 65% for SC/ST category.
I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance exams.
