Hello Rishu,
You have not mentioned the category i am assuming it to be general.
Sorry to say but according to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a seat in government medical colleges even if you have state quota of Bihar. The cutoffs of state quota are generally above 530 and for all India quota is generally above 570.
