The procedure to apply for neet exam are as follows :
1. Fill the registration form (i.e. registered yourself for the exam).
2. Fill the NEET exam form with basic details like candidate's name, parent's name, 10th and 12th class details, address, date of birth, examination centre, passport size photos (scanned), signature (scanned)
3. Uploading the scanned details i.e. photos and signature.
4. Make the payment.
5. Submit it and print the confirmation page (as a proof).
