hi harish, you still have 5 months time and if you work smart, you can really score well easily, i will tell you how to prepare
Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too
Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself, thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident, hope this helps good luck buddy
- Time left for NEET UG (Around 6 May 2018) , that gives you around 5 months (around150 days)
- Do you have to appear for board exam , if yes substract 45 - 50 days for the same...so around 100 days
- Subject - 3 with biology carrying 50% of total marks..so around 45 - 50 days for bio, Physics chemistry 20 days each....
- Devote most of time say 80 % in NEET preparation and 20 % in board exam preparation
- Practice MCQS on daily basis
- Correct your mistakes
- Maintain your health
- Give mock test in between to assess yourself
- Think positive
Hopefully above points will help
if you want any other information plz let us know

Try to finish Biology part of the mock tests within 30-45 minutes out of the 3hrs. This will definitely boost your score by contributing excess time for Physics
In chemistry focus on the theory portion of Inorganic chemistry.
Others- In Physical chemistry stick to formulae and terminologies, and in Organic Chemistry go through all-new, eyes, yes.
Also study the name reactions, physical properties of alcohols, aldehydes, Aromatic compounds.
The smart way out would be hardwork. There are no shortcuts to get into medicine. It is a very long journey and endless sleepless nights. You have to get used to working hard.
Study the concepts in depth, don't read superficially.
Try to clock 100 hours a week.
Maintain your health
Sleep is crucial, else you'll get exhausted before time.
Form a study group, discuss with friends
Stay motivated.
No pain no gain, you won't get this opportunity again. Make the most of it.
Donot waste time, invest time.
Revisions are the most important
It is said that hand written notes are well remembered than printed material, make your own notes, keep reading it again and again.
The best books you can refer to are the NCERT,
For biology, refer the following.
1) Trueman's Biology vol 1 and vol 2
2) Dinesh- Objective biology
3) Pradeep publication Biology
4) GRB'S Publication Biology.
For Physics refer to he following books.
1) H.C.Verma - Concepts of Physics.
2) D.C Pandey - Objective Physics.
3) Fundamentals of physics by Walker
4) Problems in Physics by I.E.Irodov
For chemistry you can refer the following books
1) O.P Tandon - Physical Chemistry
2) Morrison and Boyd - Organic Chemistry
3) Modern ABC's of chemistry
4) J.D.Lee Inorganic chemistry
5) Dinesh
Ncerts are mandatory to have, refer the rest of the books and find out which one suits you. I would advice you not to buy all the books but to refer them and see which one is better for you.
In the end it doesn't depend upon which book is better but how good can you understand the concepts
Also, for the general knowledge subscribe magazines, they will be useful.
Hope this helps.
Goodluck!

Some GOLDEN tips for the preparation of NEET
- Firstly, gather all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus for the examination.
- Make a proper time-table for your preparations.
- Follow the time table strictly and increase your potential day by day.
- Consider the good preparation books and study materials.
- Practice mock test & previous year question papers.
- Make mistakes while practising, and correct them and never repeat them.
- Never give up even at your low time.
- Stay stress free & healthy while preparing for exams.
- Don’t try to include new topics at the end of preparations.
All the Best.
NEET is just another race among 11lakh or more students. So it needs constant hardwork and determination. If you have been preparing for NEET from montys before then need not worry much.Increase your pace and solve as many mock test as you can.revise and rerevise concepts.
But if you want to get an instant success without prior preparation it would be a bit tough, though not impossible.Go for rapid and selective preparation.Analyse previous NEET papers and you will find few concepts even few questions are repeated. There are chapters from which the same type of questions keep on coming year after year.So prepare accordingly.Study systematicly staying away from Social media and all such distractions.Work hard and practise 20 years previous qstn papers again and again.Atleast try to finish the biology books of NCERT twice with understanding( not mugging up merely) within the next few months.Have good sleep of atleast 6 hrs a day.Take care of your health.Build confidence and appear NEET.Wish you all the best.
Apart from that Physics being a formula be subject you need to be well versed with the concepts of electromechanical dynamics along with mechanic so that you can score a large percentage of your marks needless to say circuits with capacitance and inductance are to be well practiced.
Astrobiology the basic stress will be on Molecular Biology along with physiology and applied botany and Zoology. Asian such as which of the following her or which of the following except are to be typically practiced and you need to read the question carefully so that you don't make a mistake and that really makes an impact in the examination .
My recommendation would be always try to score maximum in your biology and Chemistry by 8 AM attempting them first and then whatever rest of the time you are left with go on for those questions in physics which you think you can answer correctly.
Whatever time you have left go according to the NCERT book guidelines and apart from that go for time bound examinations which are real key to success for Neet aspirants.
Time yourself try to complete the people within stipulated time attempting maximum questions correctly leaving behind minimum and answering as less as possible in the incorrect mode.
Highest score the better chances of you getting into Government College. hope this helps thank you.
One thing to understand is that NEET-UG is entirely a concept based examination, so the better your concepts, the more marks you'll end up scoring.
Practice alone is the key. Solve as many questions as you can since starting from the scratch isn't a possibility at this point of time. Take a good MCQ book, solve it, get your doubts clarified on a regular basis for subjects like physics and some topics of chemistry.
For biology and inorganic chemistry, NCERT will be your Bible as long as you intend to appear for NEET-UG. Keep working accordingly.
Also, it is very important to go through the previous year's question papers. That'll give you an idea regarding the kind of questions that have been asked and also will help you to practice accordingly.
however in whatever time you have left my advice to you would be to strengthen your concepts in organic chemistry especially the various reactions and intermediate compounds based on which AIIMS accuser ask and pay special attention to the topics of inorganic balancing and metallurgy on which typical questions will be asked and scoring in them I make a difference.
Topics of zoology applied botany of physiology in the form of MCQs which are commonly asked the pattern being which one of the following are or except.. you need to be well squinted with them because they might really make the difference in the examination hall.
Regarding physics that is the toughest aspect of appearing for the medical examination I would say complete the biology and Chemistry within the first one and half hours so that you can dedicate the rest of the time to solving the physics numericals which are formula based.
