The admission to the seats other than 15% All India Quota seats, which is, 85% state quota seats will be done by the respective state counselling authorities. However, candidates under state quota seats must fulfill the eligibility conditions as mentioned by the particular state and qualify in NEET 2019. Also, the 100% seats in private universities/colleges will also be done by the state counselling committee, subject to the policies of Government of India/State/Union Territory. The allotment of seats during the NEET counselling/state counselling will be done on the basis of NEET 2019 reservation criteria. If you want to contest through the 85% STATE QUOTA, domicile certificate for the state from which you belong is a PRELIMINARY REQUIREMENT. As your nativity to a particular state will be verified at the time of COUNSELING ITSELF. However, you'll be asked to submit your domicile certificate after you are alloted a college based on your merit.
