Academics
The faculty members are highly knowledgeable and well-versed in their respective subjects. The semester duration is around four months, which is relatively shorter compared to many other colleges, divided into two quizs, a mid and an end semester.
College Infra
The college infrastructure is quite good. The computer labs are modern and well-equipped. However, the academic block is comparatively small in size. Smart boards and air-conditioning facilities are available but in limited numbers. The campus also has an auditorium and a conference hall, which are useful for events and academic activities.
Campus Life
The campus organizes its own sports and cultural fests, which are fairly successful at the college level. There are good opportunities to participate in inter and intra-college sports events.The student community is quite active about sports.
Placements
Placements have been somewhat less satisfactory in recent years, as fewer companies visited the campus after COVID. However, the situation has been improving, with some reputed companies becoming a part of the recruitment process since last year. An added advantage is the opportunity to appear for placement drives at the main campus as well, which allows students to explore both on-campus and main campus opportunities.
Value For Money
Compared to many other institutions, the college fees are on the higher side and not very economical. While scholarships are available, they are limited in number and generally awarded only to top-performing students.

While the college offers various programs, the overall academic infrastructure and teaching quality need significant improvement to meet industry standards.

The infrastructure at BIT Patna is below average. Classrooms are non-AC and basic, and some labs feel outdated with limited equipment. Hostel facilities are simple, and sports or recreational areas are minimal. While the library has essential resources, it lacks modern digital facilities. Overall, the campus infrastructure is functional but does not offer the comfort or modern amenities expected at top engineering colleges.

Academics are average with qualified faculty and a structured syllabus. Teaching is decent but lacks practical exposure. Exams are fair. Needs more industry interaction. So the Overall rating: 3.5/5.
College Infra
The college has decent infrastructure with smart classrooms, a good library, basic labs, and clean hostels. Wi-Fi and sports facilities need improvement. Overall, satisfactory this level so I givy it 3.5/5.
Campus Life
Campus life is vibrant and outstanding with fests, clubs, and events throughout the year. Friendly atmosphere, supportive peers, and great memories make it the best part of college.
Placements
Placement for BBA is decent with average packages and a few good companies visiting. Internship support is available, but more top recruiters and opportunities are needed. Overall, it's a okay okay college.
Value For Money
No value for moneyThe college feels overpriced for the facilities and education provided. Limited placements and outdated resources make it less worth the fee. Overall, not great value for money. Rating: 2/5.

With a JEE Main rank of 93,115, getting admission into BIT Patna through JoSAA may be difficult, as closing ranks are usually lower.
However, there are alternative pathways you might consider:
