The central university admission notification mentions that the OBC-NCL certificate must be in the Central Government format with FOR ADMISSION TO CENTRAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. Yes, for Bihar Board, your additional subject (Computer Science) can usually replace a lower-scoring subject like Hindi in the overall “best 5” percentage calculation if you scored higher in it.

But for JoSAA eligibility/top 20 percentile calculation, there’s one important thing:
