Passed WBCHSE 12th with PCM 57.66% (Phy:58, Chem:58, Math:57). To pass Chemistry they applied 9.1 rule, certificate says PASS (*Rule 9.1 Applied). Am I eligible for WBJEE B.Tech CSE? Will top Govt colleges like KGEC reject me during physical verification due to the 9.1 grace rule? Please confirm.

Yes, you should be eligible for WBJEE B.Tech admission , and KGEC is not expected to reject you solely because Rule 9.1 was applied , provided your marksheet/pass certificate officially shows PASS and you satisfy the WBJEE eligibility criteria.
