The merit list for admission into PG courses will be prepared on the basis of performance of the candidate in the entrance test only. In case of a tie the following conditions will be applied in order of preference.

i) Total number of correct answers secured.

ii) Total number of questions attempted.

A candidate who has passed Bachelor degree of 3 years duration (B.Sc. or equivalent) with Zoology and Chemistry/ Botany/ Biological Tech. and Specimen Preservation/ Sericulture/ Industrial Fish and Fisheries under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university.

Admission into this subject require at least a second class honours with minimum 50% marks in the concerned Honours subject/ or a minimum 50% marks in that concerned elective along with 50 % aggregate marks from a UGC/AICT recognized institute at Graduation level.
