Every eligible candidate has to pass MAH-CET, which is conducted by the Maharashtra government.

 The Candidates, who have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent Examination with English 40% for open and 35% for Reserve category.

• The Candidate should have passed the 12th Standard Examination (H.S.C. 10+2) from any stream with English as a passing subject and have secured 40% marks in the 12th standard.
• Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy Course of the Board of Technical Education, conducted by the Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.
• Three-Year Diploma Course (after S.S.C., i.e., 10th Standard), of the  Board of Technical Education conducted by the Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.
